New York City — what a wonderful City to visit...

People are friendly, helpful and courteous; it’s a beautiful City with lots to do and see. I enjoyed that it was wheelchair friendly, drivers and taxis were respectful when it came time to cross streets... same thing with pedestrians when walking on packed sidewalks.

I liked the fact that you can basically walk everywhere and feel safe doing so. We stayed at 45th and 5th, walking to Times Square and Grand Central Terminal only took minutes.

I wanted to visit several places in NYC, one «MUST» thing to do was to take a picture at the entrance of Central Park. The picture below has been my Desktop wallpaper for several years, if you click on it you will see I added myself at the entrance of the Park, bottom left. When I got to that spot, I was emotional because I realized then I had accomplished a big goal; I didn’t expect that... :).
